Returns and Refunds Policy
At Herbal Works, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a choice of a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us via email or through our contact form. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process.
You will be responsible for shipping the package back to us. We will provide a return label for your convenience. The package does not need to be unopened to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be issued promptly.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of Herbal Works.
Coupons and Rewards Points
Coupons and rewards points are for individual use only. Sales items are excluded from discounts. Herbal Works reserves the right to discontinue or reject the use of a coupon at any time. Sales tax, shipping & handling do not qualify toward minimum purchase amounts.
Offers may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Offers are valid on in-stock items only. No rain checks will be issued. Offers are not valid for prior purchases.
Intent to Use

Shipping
At this time, Herbal Works does not ship CBD products to states or jurisdictions where the sale of CBD is prohibited or requires a license. This includes:
- Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota (sale of CBD prohibited)
- Any state or jurisdiction that requires a retail license for CBD sales if the buyer does not hold such a license
Orders placed from restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.
Herbal Works does not ship internationally at this time.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from the following:
- Publishing any Herbal Works website material in any other media without permission.
- Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any Herbal Works website material.
- Using HerbalWorks.com in any way that may be damaging to this website.
- Using HerbalWorks.com contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
- Engaging in data mining, harvesting, extracting, or similar activities in relation to HerbalWorks.com.
- Using HerbalWorks.com to engage in unauthorized advertising or marketing.
- Copying or reproducing copyrighted content created by Herbal Works without written permission.
Herbal Works may restrict access to any areas of this website at any time, at its sole discretion.

All items offered for sale on the Herbal Works website are shipped according to terms and conditions outlined in a contract with the shipping carrier. Per these terms and conditions, risk of loss or damage is transferred to you upon delivery by the carrier.
Your order will be shipped to the address submitted by you at checkout, and its delivery will be contingent upon address completeness and compliance with all applicable shipping restrictions.
